- New sound power telephone, emergency alarm and emergency telephone
- Water leak remediation
- Installation of watertight doors and concrete columns and beams at Battery Park substation
- New tunnel lighting
The NYCT rehabilitation of the Joralemon Tube included the replacement of fiber optics, copper, and radio antenna cables on messengers and in the duct banks. Installation of watertight doors, concrete columns and beams at Battery Park Substation and new tunnel lighting and traction power.
